Miss Platinum Janna 2000 A Spice of Exotic Beauty
Platinum Resorts International, in conjunction with Janna beit-Mery, organized the election of Miss Platinum Janna 2000 on September 8,2000.
Jana, the innovative theme restaurant based on a tropical outdoor paradise, teamed up with Platinum to mark the event, which has become an annual tradition.

As the beautiful contestants lined up, in their Hawaiian outfits, they were getting ready to explore their traits of beauty in a competition based on the judgement of the audience and the members of the jury. The spirits were high as they all came out and smoothly danced their way around the premises of Janna. Every one of the
contestants was aspiring to be the new nominee for Miss Platinum Janna 2000.
'This is one of the most difficult decisions that I have ever had to make" said Bassam Nakad, business development manager of Platinum and a member of the jury. "They all look gorgeous" he continued.
The first appearance was an introduction to the crowd, where the audience started making their selection of who to be holder of the crown. During the second appearance, the contestants dressed in an evening gown of their own choice. at this point, a decision had to be made.

Never in her wildest dreams did Eliane Nemr picture herself winning the title of Miss Platinum janna 2000, being named the ambassaders of a children's charity and reaping the valuable prizes offered by Platinum Resorts International. It was a dream come true for Eliane. "I never expected it to be me", she said. Miss Nemr was awarded a round trip ticket to Greece for a five-night six-day, an honorary vacation membership in the Platinum club for the next ten years, and the opportunity to travel and visit Platinum's International offices abroad.
Being once in a lifetime chance through the Platinum membership, Eliane will enjoy luxury accomodations for years and years to come.
