When is my maintenance
due?
A.
The maintenance fee is
due and payable annually
on the first of January
and becomes overdue on
the 1st of February. For
members who's weeks are
in January and February,
the maintenance fees
have to be paid 2 months
minimum before their
week date i.e. members
who have week # 1 of the
year, the maintenance
for this week should be
paid at the beginning of
November of the year
before. (Unless you wish
to travel outside
Malta!) However, you
must pay your
maintenance before you
use your week, request
& exchange or
request any service from
Interval. This is
paramount to understand
the first year of
membership to avoid any
late penalties, loss of
annual right or loss of
an otherwise confirmed
exchange.
You
must pay the maintenance
without respect to your
going to the resort and
it is every members
responsibility to pay
each & every year
for each week that they
own. In other words, the
maintenance is the
padlock to annual usage.
Pay it early or on time
& you unlock your
membership ready for a
fun filled holiday.

If any members wish to
change the dates of
their weeks, this may be
requested, BASED UPON
AVAILABILITY, for an
administration fee
payable to your home
resort of 25stg for
charges within the same
time band or changes
from the yellow to red
time band. An
administration fee of
50stg will be charged
for changes from the
green time band to the
red time band.

if I want to go to my
home resort at the time
of my week and want a bigger
apartment?

Fact: Pay a little
extra, get a lot more.
A.
If a member wishes to
upgrade his apartment
during a specific year,
he can use the TEMPORARY
APARTMENT UPGRADE, the
rates are as follows:
From
Studio sleeping two to
one bedroom sleeping
four - 30stg per week.
From one Bedroom
sleeping four to two
bedroom sleeping six -
40stg per week.
From Studio sleeping two
to two bedroom sleeping
six - 60stg per week.
Extra
Beds at your home
resort: 30stg per week,
which includes bed linen
and towels.

How do I deposit my week
and when?

does not own any
resorts, so the
weeks they have
to trade are the
weeks that have
been deposited. |

The deposit of the week
is done through Interval
international your
exchange company. For an
early deposit it has to
be done 2 months or more
before your week date.
If
you deposit your week 59
to 14 days before your
own resort week starts,
you must use flexchange.
No deposits will be
accepted less than 14
days before your week.
Always
remember to pay your
maintenance fees to your
home resort before
requesting a deposit.
