KARAM MEETS WITH A CZECH DELEGATION
FOR THE STRENGHTENING OF TOURIST TIES

While meeting with a delegation of Czech Journalists yesterday morning at the Ministry, His Excellency Dr. Karam Karam, Minister of Tourism, stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral tourist ties between Lebanon and the Czech Republic. He also agreed on accelerating the needed procedures to facilitate tourists' formalities.

His Excellency Minister Karam talked about the many the factors attracting tourists into Lebanon. In fact, Lebanon has a large cultural, historical and religious heritage and the Lebanese people are highly qualified, especially in hotel industry.

The Economic Couselor of the Czech Embassy, Mr. Ivan Korcak, accompanied the Czech delegation in their visit. 

This visit comes within the framework of the Czech-Lebanon Friendship Week organized by Scape Travel, with the aim of promoting tourism between Lebanon and the Czech Republic.
